Many young women desire to have someone to guide them in their career path, businesses, and general life to be able to fulfill their dreams. We make their dreams a reality by pairing them with mentors who walk with them in whatever aspect of life they choose.
The ability to lead relies on a number of character traits. Usually, various leaders exhibit different lifestyles and traits affirming the fact that there is no particular way to lead. What makes a great leader, is majorly the flexibility that they exhibit in adapting to change.
In our mentorship and leadership management training, we believe that everyone can help someone through knowledge sharing and mentorship sessions. We pool together women ( and men too..) with a traceable good record and reputation in communities to empower the rest to become ambassadors of change.
Women can join this training as mentors to provide support to other women or as mentees to receive one on one advice on how to improve their lives. Women need to lift other women and women and the able hands initiative provides a platform for that.
