
Joan Katambi
Co-founder and Executive DirectorJoan Katambi is an enterprising professional with passion in Information Communications Technology (ICT) and business development, she is a known women empowerment activist and a Digital Human Rights defender. Joan is a lifelong volunteer and an active member of Rotary International where she serves in the Rotary Club of Mukono Central (Uganda) and has participated in community projects in the areas of Education, Blood donation drives, Mentorship and capacity building programmes among others.
Joan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computing from Kyambogo University. Joan also holds a Certificate in National Information Security Policy course and Certificate in Information Security Technical Course from Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA)

Christine Nalubega
Community Engagement Lead and Social workerChristine Nalubega is a Ugandan citizen and a Librarian by profession. Her Passion for Women Empowerment includes educating women, so that they can get employment or find other sources to make money and be financially empowered, to help women start and grow a successful business using entrepreneur skills, to help the most vulnerable women who depend solely on their husbands to meet there needs lastly to improve gender equality across the communities we support.
Christine holds a Diploma in Library and Information Science from Makerere University and a certificate in Modern Library Practices from Chennai, India.

Shamim Buteme
Research and Programs AssociateShamim Buteme is a part-time lecturer at Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Over the years, Shamim has been heavily involved in the management and implementation of lung health related research projects at the Makerere University Lung Institute in both rural and urban community settings and she has also been co-authored in four publications at the Makerere University Lung Institute.
Shamim holds a Master’s of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the College of Computing and Information Sciences, Makerere University. Her specialty and interests focus on health informatics.

Roseline Najjingo
CO-FOUNDER, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATORRoseline Najjingo is a professional Accountant having exposure to various organizations’ operations and obtained an understanding of various financial, accounting systems and internal control environments. She has got working experience that is over eight (8) years professional practice.
Roseline is currently pursuing CPA (Uganda) Level 3. She also holds a second class upper (honours) degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Ndejje University.
